03 — How We Use Your Data

05 — Data Sharing & Disclosure
aokbet does not sell your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

07 — Data Retention
aokbet retains your personal data for the following periods:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
- KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for five (5) years after account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
- Support Communications: Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
- Marketing Data: Data used for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw consent or for a maximum of two (2) years from your last interaction with aokbet marketing communications, whichever comes first.
- Technical Logs: Server and security logs are retained for ninety (90) days, after which they are
automatically deleted unless required for an ongoing investigation.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, aokbet will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in a manner that prevents reconstruction or identification. 09 — Security Measures
aokbet implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
- Transport Layer Security: All data transmitted between your device and aokbet servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the current industry standard for secure web communications.
- Data Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored on aokbet servers — including identity documents, payment details, and account credentials — is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
- Access Controls: Access to personal data within aokbet is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to personal data undergo background checks and regular privacy training.
