01 — Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aokbet ("aokbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aokbet website located at https://aokbet.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the aokbet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aokbet Platform. aokbet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

02 — Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the aokbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by PAGCOR regulations. aokbet strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of aokbet complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of aokbet, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from aokbet or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers aokbet.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. aokbet may request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) to verify your identity at any time.

Each individual may hold only one (1) aokbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. If you have lost access to your account, please contact aokbet support to initiate account recovery.

aokbet reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

03 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aokbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your aokbet account and not reuse it across other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly if you access aokbet from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your aokbet account after each session, especially on shared devices in public locations such as internet cafés in Manila, Cebu, or Davao.
• Notify aokbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

aokbet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from aokbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

aokbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from aokbet's own negligence or breach of its security obligations.

04 — Deposits & Withdrawals

aokbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the aokbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your aokbet wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. aokbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
• aokbet targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business hour, subject to banking system availability.
• aokbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

aokbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 — Bonuses & Promotions

aokbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire after a specified period if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: aokbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or any other activity that aokbet determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

aokbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where aokbet determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.

06 — Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aokbet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

aokbet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers operating under regulated conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aokbet's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining game outcomes. aokbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and promptly. Any bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at aokbet's discretion.

aokbet prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

07 — Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aokbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while under a court order or regulatory directive prohibiting gambling.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using aokbet to launder money or finance terrorism.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the aokbet Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aokbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 — Responsible Gaming

aokbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive reality-check reminders at intervals of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from aokbet.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during play showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

09 — Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aokbet Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from aokbet.
• Use aokbet's trademarks, logos, or brand names in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of aokbet's intellectual property may result in legal action. To request permission for any use not covered by this license, contact us at the email address provided in Section 12.

10 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aokbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aokbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond aokbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government action.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aokbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The aokbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aokbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and aokbet, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 Philippine Standard Time and resolves the majority of player concerns at first contact.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Manila, Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, aokbet reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Platform.

12 — Amendments & Contact Information

aokbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the aokbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
